Ryan Bell

Ryan Bell has been the Head of the Middle School at Crescent School in Toronto, Ontario for the past six years. Ryan Bell joined the Crescent School faculty in 2012. He was appointed Head of the Middle School in 2019, after serving as Assistant Head of the Lower School since 2014. Prior to teaching, Ryan was Director at Camp Maple Leaf, a camp for children of Canadian Military Families and children living with unique challenges. Apart from his work at Crescent, Ryan is a Board Member of The Autism Centre of Toronto (TACT). Ryan is also a Crescent alumnus and former Head Boy, class of '98; however, his most important roles are being a husband and father to two wonderful young daughters.



ROBERT LINKLATER, CPA, MBA

Robert Linklater heads the Enterprise Stress Testing for TD Bank Group responsible for developing and assessing internal and regulatory economic, geopolitical and climate related scenarios. He manages the Global Stress Testing Frameworks and Governance, as well as Balance Sheet and Income Statement modelling, forecasting and analytic capabilities. He is responsible for reporting of Enterprise Stress Tests results,  observations, strategic impacts and operational readiness to Senior Committees and the Board. He previously had oversight of US CCAR Scenarios, oversight of Estimation Approaches used in stress testing and reporting consolidated US stress results to US senior committees and the US Boards of Directors. He previously also led enterprise valuation and capital reporting and initiatives for the Wholesale Bank operations of TDBG. In addition, he was the CFO of various subsidiaries related to Private Equity and Asset Securitization, as well as publicly traded (TSX) funds. 

Prior to TD Bank, Mr. Linklater held various positions at the Royal Bank of Canada including Head of Corporate Treasury Finance. He was responsible for enterprise derivative and hedge accounting and reporting, accounting and reporting of treasury related activities, including securitization. He had also held the position of Head, External Reporting at Royal Bank of Canada where he was responsible for the Annual and Quarterly Report to Shareholders and was involved in Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives and Reporting. He also held senior management roles in Group Risk Management leading enterprise credit provisioning and Basel II initiatives. 

Robert has experience in public accounting, with Coopers & Lybrand (PriceWaterhouse Coopers) in Canada and the United Kingdom working primarily with financial institutions.  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from McGill University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. 


HILARY PARTNER

Hilary Partner is a governance specialist with years of experience on corporate and not-for-profit boards.  Originally trained as a social worker, she now pairs business acumen with clinical expertise to move organizations forward.  In addition to TACT, Hilary currently serves on the boards of the Alzheimer Society of Toronto, Patricia Transportation Company Limited and the Richardson Foundation.  Hilary has completed comprehensive governance education through the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds the ICD.D designation.  She has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, a Master of Science degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University.  As a mum to three young children, Hilary is deeply committed to supporting organizations and business initiatives that improve families and communities.


andrea mccormick, RN, MN

Andrea is a registered nurse, attaining her Bachelor of Science of Nursing degree from Western University in 2007.  Soon after, she started her career at The Hospital for Sick Children in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) as a bedside nurse until 2013.  After finishing her Master of Nursing Administration at the University of Toronto in 2013, she has held several quality and management roles within the PICU before starting in her current role as Senior Manager in the Central Quality Management and Emergency Preparedness department at SickKids in 2017.  In 2021, she took on the portfolio for Emergency Preparedness for the hospital. 

Andrea is passionate about health care quality improvement and strategic project management and brings that lens to her role sitting on the board of TACT.  She is passionate about improving accessibility of autism services to children and families in the GTA and beyond.
